    Project Evaluations

    AfCeME has brought together a highly competent and diverse team to conduct project baseline studies, mid-term evaluations, final evaluations, Impact studies and other selected thematic project studies.We also support organizations to carry out evaluation audits : development of the right ToRs for evaluations/studies, and ensuring questionnaires developed by evaluation consultants are the right ones to collect required information of an intervention.

    We develop, set up and implement functional Monitoring and Evaluation Systems, Monitoring and Evaluation system audits, and carry out Data quality assessments as well as project audits.  

  • Managing Special Projects

    Managing Special Projects

    We manage special projects on behalf of organizations/companies. We implement special projects (mostly high impact projects identified by the company or other funding agencies) that the company implements from time to time, funded in partnership with other non-profit and/or private agencies. 
    AfCeME implemented projects revolve mostly around Entrepreneurship and mostly focused on the youth and Women Groups.

    Monitoring and Evaluation Capacity Building

    We offer Monitoring and Evaluation training, either in-house or in organized course schedules at flexible times. In-house capacity building content will be agreed upon with clients based on need and skills assessment.

  • M&E Conferences and Meetings

    M&E Conferences and Meetings

    AfCeME is dedicated to convening Monitoring and Evaluation focused meetings, including project learning and planning meetings (annual/periodic), evaluations report action meetings (ope-rationalizing evaluation report findings with clear mitigation strategies), as well as M&E stakeholder meetings and/or conferences on key thematic issues to contribute to building a vibrant monitoring and evaluation culture in organizations and African societies.

What We Do 

We have carefully selected our niche in projects management and Monitoring and Evaluation. We specialize in conducting project evaluations (baseline studies, project/organizational medium-term evaluations/reviews and end-term/impact evaluations/studies), carry out evaluation audits, carry out sessions to build capacity of M&E practitioners and often support organizations or project teams carry out results oriented M&E meetings and conferences. We are specialists in setting up and implementing Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning systems, we conduct project and M&E system audits and carry out Data Quality Assessments.
